Peter & I were invited to this family's home with most of their siblings, (about 16 or more) for a delicious dinner, When the meal was done, we had a fabulous time reading & discussing topics in God's Word for over an hour!! It was so refreshing to take part in this special time with our sisters & brothers in Christ!  We were happy to accept the invite to Reynas Church on the following Sunday, where Peter spoke & one of the family's son's interpreted!

We enjoy the surprise visitors who come for a visit! Pastor Marco & wife drove from the next city to see us! We love them so much, and they have a super team of workers that always help us in the big distribution of shoes at their Church!  We hope one day they will come to speak at our Church in SC!

These are pictures of Pastor Marciano's Church in Playa Azul (where we stay for the first part of our trip).  Pastor's son, Ariel, is the leader of worship, and his older brother is interpreting for Peter. A gifted family who love the Lord! They make us know how much they appreciate us for sharing God's Word with them.  Again, we thank all of you who have supported us in this ministry!

 This is our set-up in the Church with over 500 pairs of shoes.After the service outside, about 6 whole families come in to choose & try on the shoes. Every family gets a Bible on the way out!

 On Sunday morning, Josh spoke to the members of a new Church that started last year. A few of the people wanted to join us for a picture. Before our helpers returned to SC, Peter & I kept them VERY busy - speaking at Church, mens Bible study, and more.  What a great time we had in ministry, and the people were so thankful that they came.

Peter & I are on our own now, We were invited to the home of a wonderful 4 generation Christian family, had a great meal together with about 18 people, & for about two hours later, we were still discussing questions & topics from God's Word!!  What a treat to share with those who truly are living for Jesus amidst very difficult times in their country.  This past Sunday, Peter spoke at the Church of one of the family members, with one of their son's interpreting for him. What a special treat for all of us to encourage other Christian brothers & sisters to hold fast to their faith & spend quality time in God's Word!

We are so fortunate to have two great helpers from Relevant Church from S.C.- Pastor Josh & JC! This was our big load to drive to the next state where the large distribution took place.

Hola dear partners!  On Saturday night we had a wonderful "reach out" in the state next to where we're staying, and about 400+ people came, we had an awesome praise team playing & directing music, & the Pastor Marco, led the message. Almost ALL hands went up when he asked who had prayed the sinners prayer to receive Jesus in their lives!! After the event was over, we were able to supply all the families with shoes and Bibles, & there was a remarkable spirit of love & unity that permeated throughout the entire crowd!!  We have much to thank God for, and we can't thank all of you enough for your prayers and support of Sharing The Sword ministries!  We know there was lots of celebrating in Heaven also, according to: Luke 15:7, 10! Praise HIS name!!

PRAISE THE LORD & KING OF KINGS!!

Today is Friday the 5th, and we crossed the border this morning with NO problem at all! God has heard our prayers, and we thank each of you who have lifted us up in prayer.  We no sooner got to our first overnight in Saltillo, Mx., when we were approached by 5 men who desperately needed shoes!  I guess we have a "sign" on us as we drive into the place.  We were very happy to provide them with just what they needed, and we are so thankful for all who donated shoes and helped with the cost of Bibles for us to share with these dear people. They are always eager to have a Bible to read in Spanish.  Tomorrow we are heading to Zacatacus for our second night's stay, and we usually can get internet there to keep you posted.  We send our love and wish all of you a very Happy New Year!
