Market day takes place every Monday in Mojonares, right in the street (both sides), & in the town plaza.  Every town, no matter what the size, has a town plaza, where special events take place, market day, and the many "fiestas" .  It's great for the local people who don't have the $ for bus fare to go to the bigger towns, etc.  It's quite a work of art to see how they set up their spots to sell their goods.
