Many times after our English class, we take two of our students home in a neighboring town.  A couple of days ago, the 10 year old told us he would show us the way they walk home, as opposed to the regular streets.  It was quite an experience & quite "creepy"!  We passed these "houses", and huge holes in the road filled with water & heard how in one place, they encountered a crocodile in a swampy area!  Any of you Moms out there willing to send your kids home this "short cut"?
