This is my favorite house in this poor village of Mojonares, & almost the only one that looks like you would want to live there.

This is little Nahamy, who is the youngest girl in the class, but she works so hard to keep up with the older ones. She is so cute!

This is Jose, and he's reading a bi-lingual book about David & Goliath.  English is too hard for him yet, but he did a great job in front of the class reading in Spanish.

In this town lived a Christian couple who worked there for 12 years or more. They were like parents to the children & growing families.  They were to the point of finishing a building for a Church & center for this area, but ran out of money.  They had to leave & find work to just survive.  The people still meet together as much as possible - like just a gathering under trees & invite other Christians to come, but they are a people without a shepherd.  Please pray that God would send a couple to continue a light for Jesus there.

This is the beautiful Salvation Army building that Christians donated money for a place for the children in this very poor town to come to & play & get a hot meal each day. The girls love to play jump-rope.

The average attendance is 14 in the class.  We're having a fun time learning English/Espanol.
